3TH43 low voltage contactor description

3TH series intermediate relays are suitable for AC 50Hz or 60Hz, voltage to 660V and DC voltage to 600V control circuit, used to control various electromagnetic coils and as an electrical signal amplification and transmission, in line with IEC947, VDE0660, GB14048 and other standards.

The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters;

Ambient temperature: -25 ~ +55oC

Relative humidity of air: no more than 90% at +25oC;

Atmospheric conditions: There are no media that can cause an explosion hazard, nor do they corrode metals and destroy insulating gases and conductive dust;

In places where there is no significant shaking or shock vibration;

In places where there is no rain or snow.

3TH43 low voltage contactor structure features

The relay adopts the E-shaped iron core and the direct-moving motion structure of the double-breakpoint bridge contact system, and the action is reliable;

3TH40, 80 has four pairs of contacts that can be combined;

3TH42, 82 has eight pairs of contacts that can be combined;

3TH30 can be plugged into the auxiliary contact holder (3TX4), which can be freely combined;

The relay action mechanism is flexible, manual inspection is convenient, and the structure design is compact, which can prevent external debris and dust from falling into the active part of the relay. The terminals are covered by a cover, and the human hand cannot directly contact the live parts, and the safety protection is high;

The size of the relay is small and the installation area is small. The mounting method can be sturdy with screws or can be fastened to a 35 mm wide standard rail, which has the advantages of quick and convenient loading and unloading;

The contact is a bridge type double break point structure, and the contact material is made of a silver alloy with superior electrical properties, and has a long service life and good contact reliability. The arc extinguishing chambers are all closed, and the flame-retardant material blocks the arc from splashing outward to ensure the safety of the person and the adjacent electrical appliances;

The relay electromagnet works reliably, has low loss, low noise and high mechanical strength. The terminal of the coil is equipped with a voltage specification sign. The signboard has a specific color according to the voltage level. It is clear and conspicuous, and the wiring is convenient. The coil is burnt due to the wrong voltage specification.
